Hotel room rate for the USS Conway/USS Charles Sperry Reunion is $124.00 PLUS tax (double occupancy).
Rate good for 2 days post reunion. Free Parking included for one parking space per room. (Additional paid parking nearby)
Breakfast is not included but options include  a free continental breakfast provided by the ship in the hospitality room
or full breakfast at the Hotel or at a nearby restaurant. 
As in the past shipmates are asked to make their own reservation

The hotel is 25 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. No hotel shuttle. UBER, Taxi, or Car Rental available at the Airport 

Activities Planned during the reunion
SUNDAY, 4/12 WELCOME Party Casual Buffet will be available for all participants at NO charge. Information provided at Check in des                                                         
MONDAY, 4/13 TOUR the USS North Carolina and enjoy a Catered Lunch in the Board 
(Lunch will be served at 12:15). Cost includes admission to tour the ship, lunch and FREE parking adjacent to the ship.
No formal dinner at the hotel tonight.  Dinner Restaurant suggestions will be given in the reunion packet upon Sunday’s arrival. (options include the Hotel or local restaurants)  
TUESDAY, 4/14 Three-hour cruise and lunch while touring the Cape Fear River aboard the Henrietta.  We have reserved the entire vessel for this cruise.  Catered lunch aboard the Henrietta included in ticket price.  We will board the vessel at 1100.
TUESDAY, 4/14 Dinner Buffet 6pm in the Hotel Ball Room followed by Live and Silent Auction. Cash bar available.  Buffet Dinner includes Grilled Salmon and Chicken Piccata, Garden Salad, dinner rolls, vegetable medley, water and tea.  Price ($52) Include 7% tax and 21% gratuities.
WEDNESDAY, April 15th
Visit Wilmington and Carolina Beach on Your Own
Formal plated Farewell at Dinner 6pm in Hotel Ball Room. Cash Bar available.
